Privacy Policy
STATEMENT
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from TAGLOX.COM (the “Site”).
References in this Privacy Policy Statement to "we", "us" and "tagLOX are to tagLOX. At TAGLOX, we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Our privacy policy statement is given below. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you by updating this statement on our Website.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information we collect
We ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address for newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Website to help us develop and improve it further through online surveys and other requests.
WHAT THE DATA WILL USED FOR?
Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve this website and our services to you. We may also send you from time to time (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers from TAGLOX. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, we offer a range of ways in which you can inform us about your marketing preferences:
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
- [[Facebook]] Facebook Plug-Ins
Our Internet presence uses plug-ins from the social-media network Facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plug-ins are recognisable by the Facebook logo, sometimes including the phrase “Facebook Social Plug-in”. When you click on our web page containing such a plug-in, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is then sent from Facebook directly to your browser and embedded into our web page by this means. Through this plug-in connection, Facebook receives the information you have called up through our website. For this purpose, the Internet address of the web page visited (including your IP address) is sent to a Facebook server in the U.S. and stored there. As a rule, it is not possible for Facebook to identify persons on the basis of the dynamic IP address which is typically assigned to you by your access provider when you surf. According to Facebook’s own public statements, this data is not further processed by them, nor is it provided to third parties; after three months it is anonymized, so that there is no possibility of it being matched to any person. This will not apply however if you are logged onto Facebook at the time you visit our site. In that case Facebook can match your visit to your Facebook account. In the event that you interact with the plug-ins, for instance hit the “Like” button or leave a comment, your browser’s information will be sent directly to Facebook and stored there. Please see the Facebook privacy policy for more information on the purpose and extent of the data collected and its processing and use by Facebook, as well as your rights and measures to protect your private data.
If you are a Facebook member and do not wish Facebook to collect data on your visits to our websites, please be sure to log out of Facebook prior to visiting our sites.
By accepting our privacy policy and continuing to use our site while logged into your Facebook account you are opting into allowing our site to offer you an optional subscription to Facebook messenger updates when adding products to the cart. We use this connection to send you an update on the products you may have left in the website shopping cart via the Facebook messenger.
You can also choose to unsubscribe anytime by messaging back on Facebook, or emailing us at SECURE@TAGLOX.COM.COM
WHAT INFORMATION WE SHARE?
We may contract with other companies to provide certain services, including credit card processing, shipping, name and address verification, email distribution, market research and promotions management. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. These companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than TAGLOX. We may pass your information onto our returns warehouse, which operates our US returns, which will treat the information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy Statement, such as to accept returns for products purchased through the Website. However, we will not pass your information on to any other companies or other third parties for marketing purposes unless you have agreed for us to do so.
Cookies
A Cookie is a small data file that is stored by your Web browser on your computer. We use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session, to enable you to proceed to checkout at any time and to personalize your online experience. If you do not accept Cookies, you will be unable to use this website.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Our Website may include links to other Internet sites, content, or videos (embedded or direct links) maintained by third parties ('Linked Sites'). We provide Linked Sites to you solely as a convenience, and the inclusion of Linked Sites does not imply endorsement by TAGLOX of the Linked Sites. You access Linked Sites at your own risk and by accessing them you leave our Website. Linked Sites are not under the control of us and we are not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including the privacy policies or tracking technologies they may use. This Privacy Policy Statement only covers our Website and does not cover any other website. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Minors
Privacy of Children on our Website
Our Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we will not knowingly collect any information from any person below the age of 13. If we become aware that an individual is under the age of 13 and has submitted any information to us for any purpose without prior verifiable parental consent, we will delete his or her information from our files.
Security
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of personally identifiable information transmitted to us using our Website. As we continue to develop our business, we may undergo a business transition such as acquiring another company, merging with an existing company, or selling a portion of our assets. In such transitions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. In the unlikely event that TAGLOX or substantially all of its assets are acquired or enter a court proceeding, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that your Personal Information can continue to be used as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
